With the launch of a new global vision, BNP Paribas partnered with Lequin to improve leaders' skills against key competencies. We coached 130 managers worldwide from over 30 countries.

Our approach 

• Using our network of international executive coaches, we provided executive coaches who spoke both the local language and understood the local culture.
• Combining face-to-face executive coaching and telephone coaching provided a flexible and cost-effective solution.
• We ensured all our executive coaches were briefed not only by the local HR sponsor but also the global HQ in Paris via video-conference calls.
