Lequin are running six webinars for the BNP Paribas HR population as part of their HR Development Path. The webinars help explain why a strengths-based approach to personal development is so much more effective than fosucing on weaknesses, as well as sharing the HR populations top 5 strengths from the Gallup StrengthsFinder profiles that each of the HR population at the bank has been completing since March 2014.
Lequin complete Strengths-based personal skills day for BNP Paribas

Lequin Leadership Development have completed a day's training for BNP Paribas' European HR Community. The training was for 93 L&D and reward specialists, HR Managers, project managers and Heads of Departments in the bank's HR function. The training used Gallup's StrengthsFinder assessment to help participants better understand their greatest strengths and where they add most value to the bank and the HR function. A series of personal skills development exercises helped participants see how they could leverage other people's strengths to build project teams, and to develop personal development plans that concerntrated on further using their greatest asset: their unique set of strengths.
Lequin’s customer care training programme huge success

Lequin Training have just completed a 6 month customer care programme for BNP Paribas across Europe. Lequin Training ran 19 two-day Customer Care workshops in addition to a kick-off event in Brussels. 249 employees were invited to the workshops, which included role playing with actors to hone their telephone customer care skills. Many of the participants have asked for follow-up workshops and coaching.
Lequin begin coaching at EDF Energy

Lequin Executive Coaching have begin coaching directors and managers at EDF Energy, the French owned energy supplier that provides nuclear power. The work is based in Bridgwater.
