Zurich have employed Lequin Leadership Development to run a series emotional intelligence training workshops for middle managers and senior leaders at its London offices. The emotional intelligence training with include aspects of transactional analysis.

Lequin Executive Coaching and Training are coaching high potentials at HSBC Private Bank on a continual basis, and over the past year have coached over 25 individuals. Working closely with HSBC Private Bank’s L&D team, Lequin designed a coaching and training programme as a core element of their existing talent management / high potentials’ development scheme. Each high potential receives six to nine month’s one-to-one coaching. Natwest has employed Lequin to run a series of customer service training workshops in the UK. More to follow shortly.

Lequin has been providing executive coaching for National Australia Bank for six years. In this time Lequin has coached over 20 senior leaders, and they continue to provide executive coaching at their Wood Street offices.
